To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
2. Timeframe for Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Initiating a Return

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
5. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
